On 19th September, a successful Somali Community Event took place at the Phil Martin Centre. Organized by Rainbow Fostering, in collaboration with the Somali Adult Social Care Agency (SASCA), the event focused on raising awareness about fostering and providing a loving home for children. Attendees were introduced to fostering opportunities, with potential carers learning how they could earn up to £1000 per week by offering a stable home.
The event was a wonderful opportunity for community members to come together, enjoy delicious Somali food, and learn about how they could make a difference in a child’s life.
